Welcome to ''Sense and Lessons'' here I will show you everything you have to ignore in Star doll and in Real Life . Here I'll give you the gentle push you need to boost your self esteem . Today I found some people getting cyber bullied , so I thought I might as well show you guys what to do to defend yourself .
When you get bullied its a horrible feeling , it makes you feel like nobody wants you and everyone hates you . When you get a message from someone you don't know you must block them asap .
If someone you know is bullying you , you can't block them out of your life . First block them on the website that you are on , an if they go to school with you , ignore them ... if they get worse tell a guardian or a teacher or even a friend so they can help you guide through the situation .
If none of that works , you might have to result to telling your parents if you didn't already so they can sort it out and even get the bullies suspended . If they physically abuse you they are going way to far and THAT'S when you have to get serious . When they physically abuse you they may get expelled if it keeps going on . If you don't tell anyone it will get worse , so don't worry ...friends and family are there for you . xxx
